The Practice
Each class is designed around a specific holding pattern — physical, emotional, or cyclical. You don't need to know which one. Your body already does.
For the desk-bound body
Chest openers, cervical release, and thoracic decompression in long-held poses. Your inbox can wait 75 minutes.

For the wired and tired
Parasympathetic activation through spinal twists and forward folds. The class that ends with you genuinely asleep in savasana.

For emotional holding
Hip openers and heart openers for bodies carrying more than they realize. No experience needed. Tissues provided.
What changes
I've had a frozen right shoulder for two years. My physiotherapist cleared me in six weeks of Stillness. I thought yoga was for people who already felt good. Turns out it's for people who forgot what good feels like.

Six weeks postpartum I could not feel the floor under my feet. The pelvic floor work in Yin for Release gave me back a body I recognized. My therapist noticed before I did.

"Yin is not passive. It is the most demanding practice there is — to stay, without fixing, without managing, without leaving. Most people have never done it. Most bodies have been waiting for years."
